With great sadness and heavy heart, we are informing that Mr Thangarajah Anandalvar, former long serving Hartley College Laboratory Assistant passed away today peacefully at his residence. Funeral will be held at 10.00 AM on 26th of March 2021 in Point-Pedro, Sri Lanka.
He served at Hartley college more than 25 years and provided wonderful supports to students, teachers and principals. The memory of Anandalvar and his contribution to Hartley College will always be remembered. Specially, when Hartley returned to its own precinct from Puttalai Maha Vidyalayam Anandalvar’s contribution in re-organising things was immeasurable. He played a key role in supporting Mr Balasingam, who was the Principal then in all his duties at Hartley College.
