Mr. Rasiah Vivekananthan of Thunnalai South, Vadamarachchy passed away
in London on 11th Feb 2021.He is a Hartleyite and graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, Srilanka.
He is the son of Late Mr. D.S. Rasiah and Kanahamma Rasiah, son-in-law of Late Proctor Chelliah and Mrs. Leela Chelliah. Husband of Late Rupavathy, Father of Suguna (Australia), Father-in-law of Dennis, and grandfather of Amie. Brother of Late Mr. Anandan, Late Mrs. Saraswathy Sellathamby, Mrs. Santhanaluxmi Kumaraswami (Srilanka)
Mrs. Indrani Rajendran (London) and Late Chandrani Rasiah. Maternal uncle of Dr. V.S.Manoranjan (USA), Mrs Shiyamala Pillai (UK), Kathirchelvan (UK), Sivapalan (Srilanka), Varathaluxmi (Srilanka), Sivaluxmi(Srilanka), Late Thavapalan, Sivasithamparapalan (Srilanka) and Nalini Jayaraman (UK).
The funeral will be on Sunday 21st February 2021 at Hendon Crematorium. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, the funeral will be a private one and limited to family members only.
