It’s with great sadness and regret to inform that our former teacher Mr. Thambiah Nithiyaratnam (Nithiyaratnam master) has passed away in Jaffna, Sri Lanka on 08/01/2022.
He was at Hartley college from 1967 to 1978 as hostel warden and the Sports (PE) Teacher who involved in every sports. He elevated our students’ sporting ability to another level. He worked hard during his period to make Hartley college excel in every sport to its highest level. His discipline and hostel management would keep him alive in the hearts of Hartleyites.
