Spectrum Institute of Science and Technology (SIST) organised all island English essay competitions in commemorating their 20th anniversary. Under-14 (age 10 to 13) and over-14 (age 14 to 18) students were invited to submit their essays under the topic of “An invention that could have saved 2020”. Sivaganesan Ananthikan from Hartley College is selected as the winner of the over-14 English category.
