The Annual General Meeting of the Hartley College Past Pupil Association (UK) will be held on Saturday, 24th of October 2026. The AGM will be conducted virtually via Zoom. The AGM will promptly commence at 18:00, and please be present on time so that we can start the meeting at the scheduled time.

Nominations for the 2027 Executive Committee
Please ensure you are eligible for the post you are applying for. You must be a member of HCPPA-UK in 2025 and 2026 and pay your membership fee for 2027 before submitting the application. This applies to proposers and seconders as well.
As per the constitution, the following positions will be available for the Executive Committee 2027:
* President
* Deputy President
* Secretary
* Deputy Secretary
* Treasurer
* Executive Committee Members x 4
Nominations for the 2027 Executive Committee shall be received by the Secretary by email (admin@hcppa.co.uk) by midnight on Saturday, 17th October 2026. Applications received after this deadline (17/10/26) will not be considered.
