“Hartley forever, that’s our cry. Our motto never let it die,
Hartley forever, our motto ever, let there be light”
Some of the notable memories from the HCPPA-UK’S Hartleyites Night are,
1. HCPPA-UK has showcased our students’ and teachers’ cultural performances at Hartleyites Night 2021. This was exclusively presented by them to the HCPPA-UK. These programmes were performed at our auditorium at the college and recorded & edited by our past pupils who are in visual media sector. These were simply excellent and HCPPA-UK proud itself to see the high quality of the talents in music, instruments, orchestra, vocal etc. HCPPA-UK is supporting these cultural activities for many years and the outcome was extremely pleasing. Congratulations to all the students and teachers who are performed for these programmes. Thank you. Some of their performances are uploaded in our Gallery.
2. At this Technological world, HCPPA-UK has promoted the need for the digitalised teaching and learning, i.e., through SMART Classrooms. The proposal was presented to all guests.
3. HCPPA-UK also discussed about the future contributions, with special attention to the sustainable environment.
a. HCPPA-UK requested its members to support the green activities by our college and at large by the community, e.g., promoting the use of re-usable bags, recycling, LED lights, more trees, solar panels, avoiding plastic utensils at the canteen etc. HCPPAs shall support students’ projects related to sustainability, like challenges and competitions.
b. Hartleyites Experts around the world shall educate our students via online seminars and/or in person meetings at the school societies. Sharing their knowledge with our students will be invaluable and will go very deep into their minds. We shall produce many talents through passing the knowledge to them. HCPPA-UK has created a ‘Career Path Fund’ and it shall be used for these activities.
