1924 – 2021
It is with great sadness to inform that Mr J S Rajaratnam has passed away peacefully in Point Pedro.
Mr J S Rajaratnam was a dedicated, kind hearted and excellent mathematics teacher. He offered a wonderful service from 1962 to 2021 educating students at Hartley and in Vadamarachchi. He will be sadly missed.
He also was the house master for Sherrad house and led them champions for many years.
He was teaching maths even after his retirement and had close association with Hartley College until his latter years of life.
May his soul rest in peace. Our heartfelt condolences to his family members and the Hartley Community.
